Our design for Suvarnabhumi Airport Terminal 2, a finalist in the prestigious competition, aimed to expand Bangkok’s airport capacity while enhancing passenger experience. This proposal envisioned a spacious, efficient terminal layout to support high passenger volumes, featuring intuitive wayfinding, ample natural light, and state-of-the-art amenities. Inspired by Thai cultural elements, the design balanced modern functionality with a sense of place, creating a welcoming environment for travelers. Although unrealized, this project allowed us to explore cutting-edge solutions in airport design and reaffirmed our commitment to developing transformative public spaces.
