Veliko Tarnovo City Plan

The Veliko Tarnovo City Development Master Plan was created as part of a design competition aimed at revitalizing and enhancing this historic Bulgarian city. Our proposal focused on integrating the rich cultural heritage of Veliko Tarnovo with modern urban design principles, ensuring that new developments respect the city’s historical context while promoting sustainable growth. The master plan emphasizes pedestrian-friendly spaces, vibrant public areas, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape, all while improving infrastructure and accessibility. By fostering community engagement and preserving the unique character of Veliko Tarnovo, our vision aims to create a dynamic environment that balances tradition with innovation, enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors alike.
